UPDATE: The developer responded to my review, apologized, and added new features to the app to prevent emails from being sent automatically when the # of people on the waitlist exceeds the inventory quantity, which is what caused the issue in our case. I'm updating my review due to their responsiveness in correcting the issue. This app just just emailed 2,000 people and told them our products were back in stock when they were not, and then the app just crashed (504 error when I try to access it) so I can't even get into the app so I can email those customers and apologize.

So far the support has been top notch and the program easy to use. We'll see if it can deliver results in the next month or two as we await a major restock!

I just installed the app. There was little to no setup required. I tested the notification and had a small issue with logo sizing. I upgraded to Pro version (had planned to do that anyway) and the chat-support representative was able to fix it. Now the emails look great. This is going to be fantastic and the fee for the App should be more than paid-for by increased revenue in the future.
I just signed up for a year subscription after have an extensive online conversation with the team. Every question was answered, fully. It was easy to set up, too! I was able to use my own colors to keep it on brand.I love that there are reports I can track to see how well the notifications are working with my customers. Highly recommend.
