I used this app to be able to contact my customers, It is easy to use and it has several features. For me, the best one is Back-in-Stock Alerts, because we are a small shop, it happens regularly that our item becomes unavailable. When some customers wanted to be notified when the product becomes available, we realise that someone is interested in that product and will try to make it available again. After that, Best Push helps us to notify the customer that the item is available again in case he or she is still interested in buying it.

I used this app to be able to contact my customers, it was really nice that I found that some customers are forgetting to continue their checkout for some reason but with this app I've sent them a reminder and some of them finished the checkout after that. The other thing that I really enjoyed was the setup process, I don't know that much about programming but it was so easy and I installed it just like I'm installing a software on my computer. Totally recommended!
