Miles from customer support helped me out and was amazing. He's response time was so prompt and you never know when you're going to hear back when you have to email to get an issue resolved, but not with Miles! He was on it and was so patient and kind. I'm such a noob and he was very gracious in helping me out step by step and resolved my issues quickly.

Works as advertised and the chat support team are fast and knowledgeable. I would like to see an option that allows me to pay per click. So every time a customers clicks the Notify Me button I pay.

I had a question about my current plan. I contacted them via chat. Almost immediately, I was helped further by Miles. The contact was very friendly and clear. A solution to the problem was found immediately. Their APP is top as is their service !

Great app! I am using it for the pre-order system. Setting it up and drinking water is the same, meaning it's very easy to set up.
And their support system is awesome, they help with any problem quickly and courteously.
