BEWARE! Exercise caution when choosing this app, as they are altering included features without providing any notification. With the free plan, you receive 10 email notifications BUT, from a while ago, you're not even allowed to see who has requested a 'back in stock' alert as the email details are blurred. Concealing information collected from your website is an extreme measure! Despite these issues, the app still gets a 3-star rating because of its chat support and user-friendly interface; otherwise, it would have earned a 1-star for its shady practices.
We just got on the app- but great customer service so far. It's a real help when low inventory happens.
Great app and great support. A great app without support is useless, we had some minor issues and they were resolved in a very timely manner.
The APP is so good that it shouldn't exist: it should be an integrated feature in shopify.

This app worked flawlessly and they customer service is top notch! They helped fix setting I didn't even know were available with very little effort on my part. They were able to help adjust it to my needs without me needing to go into all the details to code it which is VERY helpful when everything else seems overwhelming building a website.
Fives Stars - This is a great app and great customer support that is working really well for us so far.
This does exactly as advertised, with great tools for customizing appearance on page. Took under a half an hour to implement and had customers requesting notifications within a few hours. Hengam's Customer service was excellent as well. I had a technical conflict with DKIM authorization when sending from a custom email, and they immediately addressed the problem and began working on an alternate solution for me. Great all around.
