We switched over from a different app to Notify! and have been really happy with the overall experience. Not only is it really easy for our customers to use but their support is top notch. This app is very easy to use and was exactly what i needed for pre-orders. It was clean and simple and provided the data and integrations I was looking for in a pre-order app. The customer support team, especially Miles, have been more than helpful every time I needed assistance.

The app works wonderfully for notifications and pre-orders. The customer service is phenomenal too. We keep coming back to use this whenever we need to for new inventory. Highly recommend! Melika has been very helpful with some customizations we needed for our shop too.

I have used many different apps across shopify. None come close to Notify with customer service and response times. It doesn't matter what time or day I always get my issues resolved quickly.
