Great customer service. Always answer fast when we have an issue. Great app to not loose sales from out of stock product that will get back in stock. Also with the great dashboard, we can easily see where there is some products that we should produce again.

Works perfectly and excellent customer support. Extremely responsive and thorough. I had a few questions about my email template, and Pearl, the advisor, not only helped me with it, but actually did some design work to improve the look of the notification. Highly recommend.

Nilou was a great help to me today. I really like the way this app works. It has helped me keep track of restocking and although at times there are small glitches it seems that they have a great support team in place to help resolve issues. have been using notify me to let customers know when something is back in stock for almost a year now, find it very straightforward and useful. had a recent issue with updating our domain name for the email alerts to send from but Pearl was very helpful and communicative to resolve it with us.
