I was using another app that I kept having issues with so I decided to give this one a try. I'm using a custom theme and needed help with getting this setup. Eva with support helped me fix this in record time! A+ to support. Already love this app!

The team were great. I installed the app and needed some assistance in getting the functionality to work correctly with our custom theme. The team had the issue resolved in less than 90 seconds and we we're able to launch pre orders in line with our timeframes and requirements. I have just been on the chat facility with Eva who, I must say was exemplary, She was extremely helpful and sorted out the problems that I had encountered even though it was my own mistake. She is a credit to the Customer Service Team and although it is too early to comment on the app, I feel sure that, should I have have any problems in the future, they will have it sorted out fast and in an efficient manner. Based on the Customer Service, I would definitely recommend Preorder Wolf to other Shopify Store Holders
