After trying for 2-3 days to fix the error I had regarding the pre-order button not populating I finally reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful and fixed the issue day of contacting them!

I actually logged into this app to delete it. I love the idea, but since adding it to my shop it has reduced my sales by playing havoc with the online store. Customers cannot use the drop downs in my store as when they go to the checkout their selections have changed to the top selection on any product. Not what they have chosen. I cannot recreate it and your support people cannot create the issue, but I have so many complaints. This was never an issue prior to the integration of this app.

We’re very sorry to hear that you’ve experienced this issue. In the past, we’ve seen this happen due to a javascript conflict, potentially with another app that has been installed. Unfortunately, as you note, we’ve been unable to replicate this issue for your store, which makes it very difficult to identify and implement a fix. Our development team has been informed of this unusual behavior and we will be investigating it to try to nail down a root cause.
The app's functionality is not compatible with my theme, and they didn't specify the themes they are designed to work with. It has been two weeks since I first encountered the functionality issue, experienced poor response times, and feel like money was wasted on it

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had these difficulties with our application. The app is compatible with the vast majority of Shopify themes but does sometimes require additional support for themes with custom development.
Regarding our response times, we can see from your tickets that you received prompt support, except during an overnight weekend period. Our support agent replied to your ticket as soon as their shift started and provided next steps on resolution.
We’re very positive that our recent feedback will enable your developers to resolve the issue.
We installed the app for offering a new product in pre-order. It works perfectly. The customer service by Aman was great.
