We had a couple of items that lost their pre-order status for some unknown reason, but the support team was very helpful and efficient in their execution to fix our problems. Other than the occasional bump-in-the-road (which have been quickly resolved) we've had a very good experience using this app with our Shopify website.

This app is easy to use and straightforward. The team has been extremely helpful too! I had to get the pre-order label to look the same as the 'sale' label and they were quick to act on it!

This app was easy to setup and allows our wholesale customers to submit pre-orders and purchases in the same transaction. They were also quick to respond to the one issue I emailed about (same day within minutes). Aman was very helpful!

this app does what it is designed to do well! Their customer service is really top notch too! I couldn't get my button to work properly and shot a message to them and it was fixed in a minute or so.
