So far great app and support. Highly recommend it. I did contacted support about 1 question and got response quickly. Love it.
So far I am pretty happy with this app. I love the features. Set up took a little bit of time and I did have to contact customer support to get everything to function properly on my theme, but their team was very fast to respond and fixed everything for me remotely. Replied very quickly when I had follow up questions too. Looking forward to using this service.

We just installed the Pre-order Now app. Set up was easy, the banners look great to the end user and we received a preorder for one of the items we made live within 24 hours of going live with the app. So far we are very happy with it!

Small adjustment was needed to our template after installing and problem was solved within a couple hours. Customer service on point.

We are using this app to let our customers pre-order our out of stock items. This app is so convenient and easy to use. It only took us a couple of minutes to set everything up and when we encountered some difficulties, customer support was immediately available and super helpful. Absolutely brilliant!
Not only does this app flexibly manage preorders, it lets you tag the images with a preorder banner AND put a warning on the cart when a customer mixes preorders and in stock items. Highly recommended!
