I used this app to help me sell products that were delayed in shipping due to COVID. Without having Pre-Order Now to track my orders, I don't know that I would have felt comfortable pre-selling my inventory.

This app works very well. It's easy to setup and the notes on the product page, checkout and order confirmation provide for effective communication with customers.
After some initial troubles with the installation ("pre-order" banner didnt show) Josh worked his Magic and now it works smothly. We will upgrade our plan after the 14 days trail and we are sure this app will help us be even more successful with shopify.

Exceptional customer service- fast response, very clear, and straight to the point. Good customer service goes really far so if your deciding between two apps, I recommend this one. Also in general, it has all the necessary features I need for product launches and restock plus, I've noticed they are constantly adding and adapting the app along the way to make our user experience better and increase sales.
