Wanted to like it but it just didn't mesh well on our theme. Their "offer" to assist with integration doesn't seem real as they never responded to my request to let them try it before uninstalling. On top of that I submitted a support ticket that was never responded to. I was able to get a hold of them in live chat which got it activated (just looked terrible). I tried a few different pre-order apps, and this one was buy far the best. Others would interrupt the customer flow through checkout, so it was a huge win that this one didn't. It also plays well with other pre-purchase and post-purchase apps. I had some issues getting the account setup properly, but the support team was prompt and helped me get everything straight.
