To maintain this speed and efficiency, we currently have a limit on the number of items that can be supported on preorder. While this limitation ensures optimal performance for most users, we completely understand how this can be challenging for stores with extensive catalogs like yours.

We also appreciate your point about transparency. Your feedback highlights an area where we can do better in clearly communicating these limits upfront, and we’ll work on improving this for future users.

We have both live chat (in the app's admin page), and email support for the app. Please reach out to us through those channels and we will fix issues if any on your store.

We solve 9/10 issues in less than 1 hour, and the rest less than 24 hours, unless it's a feature request.
