This app is great but has a lot of issue from time to time and nobody ever get back to you. The app has stop working for 48 hours and there is no way of getting ahold of any one to help. I have to remove

• The issue you mentioned was caused by the previous company that owned the app. All of those issues have already been resolved already.
• After taking over the app, we offered you a Lifetime Free Access to Unlimited Plan with 100% uptime SLA and a dedicated technical support team available 24/7.
• It seems you do not wish to accept any of these solutions or support options.

Their free plan works great! The app branding can be hidden on the free plan, unlike free plans of most other Sale popup Shopify apps
Their customer service is fantastic. On our request, Oliver from customer support went out of the way to make adjustments to the widget appearance on our Shopify store. Oliver quickly implemented new features which we suggested. We really appreciate this and highly recommend this app to other merchants

Works ok, only flaw so far is the app only show sales from a week or so ago, no matter what time frame you choose ie. we choose to show sales as far back as 365 days but it only retrieve the past weeks sales. In short if your sales are less than 7 for that particular week then the same sales will loop endlessly, which actual may have a counter effect and show just how slow your store actual is!

Brilliant app! The setup was quick, the free plan was perfect to test it out and now I've upgraded because the results are higher, my store looks more seem to enjoy the experience.
