I will say Customer Support is responsive, but App is very glitchy! I tried to use for our Cyber Monday sale. Instead of using a promo code or the automatic Shopify discount, I thought it would be nice to show the 40% off sale price on every single product. It did change all the prices but shows original price as $0. All of my original prices still show $0 (even after I reverted it back to normal). Thankful customer support was available to help but it is still not resolved.

I am Autumn, Customer Success Manager of the SALE+ app. I am sorry for the inconvenience the app has caused yesterday. As my colleague Daniel has explained, the display of $0 was due to the settings of your theme, which is different from common themes that we didn't expect before.
However, we have successfully resolved and find a way to not let it show the compare-at-price as $0 for the next time you revert the price. We understand that the solution comes a bit later and you've uninstalled the app by then so you didn't see our messages anymore.
If you would give our app another chance, it will show correctly. And we are always here to support you if anything as well.

WOW! This was just what I was looking for, to be able to put a product on sale with both the price and compare to price. But this app just doesn't do that, they also include a count down timer that you can change to match your theme! The sales have an end date so you don't have to worry about the sale staying live until you take it off. Plus, the support is wonderful! They are fast and are able to help with any problem you may have. Both Autumn and Daniel helped me, they were awesome! If you're looking for a bulk sale discount manager this is the app for you! It's an addition that really all stores should have available. Don't hesitate, install it now!

Variants aren't working. I choose, for instance, a candle that has 3 different sizes available -- we only want the large to be on sale. This app doesn't keep it. Once you fix this, I'll come back, it works otherwise.
