Pricefy ‑ Price Monitoring

I would not recommend this app. There is no way to contact anyone for support. Good luck finding an email that works. We've sent multiple emails. The "chat with us" doesn't work. Our product catalog doesn't work and does not match properly with out competitors.

We were looking at building a product that does something similar to this. This takes a lot of the leg work out of price scanning competitors. Takes a bit of configuring to get the most out of it but well worth it.

One of the main benefits is once all your products are uploaded, the app brings all the competitors to you rather than having to manually find and input. You can also fine tune by manually uploading competitors so you get the best of both worlds. You need to spend a bit of time to tidy up the data of what you don't need, but this is to be expected. Like I say, the key is having all the data there in the first place. There was a very slight issue I had with initial set up but this was very quickly rectified when I contacted the support team.

The guys at Pricefy are fantastic, they go above and beyond to help answer any questions you have. They have added functions to the system that weren't previously available to accommodate the systems and processes I have in my business. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
