2025 and still enjoying the benefits of the excellent service and product we get from this app. Service is prompt and effective, every time. The badges are effective and the options for displaying them are perfect for our needs.
UPDATE: We have been using this App for a year now, and we still love it. The customer service is still tremendous and the App does exactly what we need it to do.

We've used this App across both. v1.0 and new v2 Shopify theme and found both the support and usability excellent. It may not be the prettiest of Apps, but that really doesn't matter as it gets the job done easily and without fuss. A nice app with good service support in live chat. It is easy to install the badget stickers. Our site theme was changed and we needed the badge updated, we got support very quickly. We recommend Prime Product Badges to you.

Following an issue we had which resulted in us having to install a brand new Shopify theme, this app stopped working. We reached out to tech support via their live chat and they had it back up and running within minutes!
