The integration instructions clear enough but because i got trouble doing one of the integrations, due an override from the filter app, i called for support and they were super fast in response and very dilligent and proficient. Excatly what I was looking for as I offer price breaks for my B2B customers and wanted an alert on my collections page (but only for those customers). The ability to set where the banner goes and who can see it is perfect. Customer service helped me set it up, as I'm not very tech savvy.
