I am very satisfied with my experience using Printly. The overall operation is smooth and the features are practical, meeting daily needs very well.
In particular, the support team responds very quickly, with high communication efficiency. They are also very patient and friendly, always providing clear answers and helpful assistance whenever issues arise.
Overall, it has been a great experience, and I will continue using Printly and recommend it to others.
The app looks promising and the support team is responsive. Initial 500 errors were resolved quickly.
However, I’m still unable to download, print or view invoices, receiving a “Contact support” message instead.
Core features like this should work out of the box.

We investigated the download/print issue you described and have since shipped fixes along with a much-improved live preview, so documents render correctly out of the box. We'd love the chance to make this right: please reach out via the app's support chat, and we'll personally set up your templates with you. If everything works as it should.

App is easy to use and excellent service from Shakil for assisting me in customizing my stores templates.
Does exactly what I need it to do.
Need a quick internal edit and Shakil made the change in just a few seconds to have the template exactly the way I wanted it. Great and easy company to deal with.
We've been using this app for awhile now and have found it to be pretty simple to use and reliable. We had some issues figuring out how to attach our logo to our invoices but customer service was really prompt and the rep - Shakil - ended up being able to do most of it for us. Definitely recommend it!
I've just installed this app to be able to print an invoice, I contact the customer service and they helped me optimize the invoice based on my requirements, very happy, thank you :)

You're right: a server issue on our side was causing the app to fail to load for some stores, and that's not acceptable for a tool you rely on daily. It has since been fixed, and we've added monitoring so it can't happen silently again. We completely understand why you uninstalled, but we'd be grateful for another chance. If you reinstall, everything will be exactly as you left it, and you can reach us anytime, and we'll make sure it runs smoothly for you.
