Excellent service & products. A little pricier than others but in the 10 months I've been using them, their printing has been 100% consistent, which is not the case with all fulfillment printing companies. Sometimes things take a little longer to get started, (as in, 2-3 days) I think because products do run out of stock sometimes (fair, considering the wide variety they offer.) If you're looking for the absolute fastest turnaround time, this may be frustrating, but the quality is excellent. EXCELLENT response time with online chat questions & help. Their customer service goes out of their way to provide answers and is super helpful.
Update: Still 1 star review. Printful has sent a client a product from another store. This made my brand look extremely unprofessional especially since that brand had warehouse items of way lower quality. They are not even bothering to reply and solve this issue.
Been using printful for 3 years. I think it is safe to say that I have issues with 50% of my orders. They just shipped the wrong product to a client from warehousing, and more than half the shipments either get lost or are bounced back. They lack better and more reliable shipping options - especially internationally. Shipping internationally usually only has 1 tracking option and for some reason they always charge huge duties on arrival - way over ticket price. This is a real bummer since they have a state of the art facility which i've been to personally and I am sad to be forced to leave them since I can't operate a reliable company with an irresponsible supplier like Printful.

If your shipments are lost in transit, we can offer a refund or a reshipment to you of these shipments.
You can also reach out to us about any wrong products sent to your clients.
As these orders are fulfilled by human hand, mishaps of this type can sometimes occur, but these should definitely not be the norm!

The duties fee shipments incur upon arrival in the destination country are charged by that country's Customs Office.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, specific country limits, and also other factors based on the product itself. These fees are paid by the end customer to appropriate customs agency.

Update: 10/27/20 - issues with the automation persist with regard to inventory levels. Only fix for the conditional logic appears to be scheduled to roll out 1st quarter 2021. Updated rating to reflect.

A ton of products and their mockups to simulate your designs. An easy way to snowball your inventory.
I'm so, so pleased that I chose Printful for the POD part of my shop. The items look great, both the ones that I ordered as samples, and the ones my customers have received. The mugs and shirts wash well and suffer no loss of quality. In addition, when a customer's mug broke in transit, and I contacted Printful to get it reshipped, the response was immediate and action was taken quickly to get it sorted. It's so great to have a POD service which is straightforward to use, has fair prices, has great customer service, and not only that but the products look awesome too! I highly recommend Printful if you're just starting out, you will not regret picking them!
Disappointed with the turnaround time for producing and shipping shirts... I have had orders sitting since June 6th it is not June 28th and still waiting for fulfillment.
(1 star because i know they can do better...but maybe they are choosing not to)
Yes, people are aware of the COVID-19 delay but several businesses are being held up or have come to a stand still waiting on Printful to get their shipping options together. The is bad business and we are currently shopping for a new Vendor...
I am a manager at a fulfillment center. COVID has cause us to be 10 times busier and we have only experienced a noticeable delay of ONE day for certain items....so a 4-6 week delay in printing a tee shirt is un-excusable.
Hi, thank you for your review! We're sorry that the orders are taking a longer time to be fulfilled! We are experiencing longer production times due to the situation with Covid-19 and an unexpectedly high order volume at this time of year. The order volume we have been seeing at this time is comparable to Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend and with the various restrictions and limitations in place to keep workers healthy and safe, some products are taking more time to be fulfilled. By temporarily disabling sample orders and some products in the product push, we are already seeing improvements in fulfillment time for the most affected product categories.
We understand that these delays are not pleasant for our users and we sincerely apologize for them. We are working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible and we hope to return to our normal fulfillment times very soon!

This app is so perfect for a small startup business. I love how easy it is to upload new products, and although adding all the variants can take a little more time than I'd like, it is still so much faster than anything else I could think of. I also like that you have the mockup file available so you can be confident that your vision for the product is clear.
Dope app. great features. currently waiting on support with my design but all in all it is great app.
