This app is great with adding the best customization options to each product. Just wish it offered free shipping and shoes to customize other than flip flops, and better clothing options like kin custom. Other than that I love it

Currently, free shipping is only offered for sample orders, although it is possible to add products to your storefront with free shipping.

Just started using, but the app seems to be very user friendly. Can't wait for my first sale.
Great quality printing, products, and customer service.
almost everything is out of stock. gotta go elsewhere to do business. tried to support, but their reputation has been soured since the pandemic began. i cant sell anything using this service at the moment. frustrating. gotta re make my whole store.

These are extraordinary times for all of us, and the current situation with pandemic has caused some stock shortages industry-wise, we are continuously communicating with our stock suppliers and working on improvements. Keep in mind, some items are ordered on demand, which may add to the stock delays or cases when the items become unavailable unexpectedly. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and we will definitely look into a better way of communicating this with our customers in the future!

I love Printful! Before switching to Printful, I was using Teelaunch and the quality of my products suffered because of it. I'd like to see different styles of coffee cups and more drinkware added, however. Sports bottles would be an awesome addition to my store! I'd also like to see accessory pouches for women added. Teelaunch has them and it's the only item I'm still using them for. I'd love to fully switch over to Printful and do away with Teelaunch completely!
