Printful: Print on Demand

I think that Printful is one of the best Print On Demand Apps. Five years ago my son told me about this App and I was impressed with want I discovered. I opened an Account with Printful and designed approximately 20 products utilizing their clothing items and mockup along with my own fabric print designs. I then decided to open an online store with Shopify and integrated the product designs. Printful products are top quality and when I have had disappointment with my Printed product they were extremely helpful in sharing information as to how to perfect my files for sublimation. The Support team is courteous, thorough, and helpful resolving any questions. My customers have been satisfied with their purchases that are delivered to them in a timely manner.
When the products change Printful is good about finding an alternative that is just as good or better. They also keep us informed as to any changes. In addition, the mockup process and import into Shopify has been improved and is always accurate. Recently I have especially liked the lifestyle mockups. They definitely help to market the products to the public in a competitive professional manner. Thanks Printful. I look forward to the continuing relationship.

I have been using Printful since I opened my online store in 2019 and while I have tested out other POD companies (CustomCat, Gooten, etc) - Printful is by far the absolute best in every instance. Customer service is outstanding - always quick to respond or help, their resources are super helpful when knowing what information to provide my customers with so to cause as little error or confusion as possible. Though rare, if there is a quality or printing error - Printful has found a quick solution each time. Of course I would like to see some better options but that comes with time and growth! Since I have been using their services for almost 4 years now...it's been great to see them really listen to customers feedback and concerns, turn around and apply them while just improving even more! I never feel like I'm not aware of new policies/shipping delays or holiday prep because Printful always keeps me in the loop. I am a very big Printful fan and will continue to use their services -- if you're on the fence, go with Printful, you will not regret it. I truly do not think I would be able to run my business successfully if it wasn't for Printful and how helpful they have been from the very beginning.

Printful has become our go-to print on demand app over the years because it just works. There have been so many times with other apps that we couldn't just upload a design and get it into our shop easily or without jumping through many hoops. Printful has made this process incredibly easy and has created a design platform that even takes away the need for using software like photoshop or illustrator.

Easy and quick to get started. Great integration and once I set up a product using Printful, I edit it in Shopify to get just the right description with formatting.
