Update: It has been a week and still have not heard word one from printify. This is absolutely terrible!! We use several other suppliers and we can easily get ahold of them with questions. I am really going to be taking this into consideration on all future products that we launch and unless this crap gets fixed and your customer service becomes existent we will have to look for other providers.

If you want our business give us a call/email ASAP. We should not have to 2ait 2 weeks for this!!!

This is insanity. For one support is taking like 7 days to get back to me. What am I supposed to do here tell my customer to wait 3 weeks for their new order or to jus eat the cost and pay for it again?

2. Printify is somehow merging address line 1 and address line 2 from my Shopify store so every time there is an order with a PO box, apartment #, or business I am getting an error. The worst part is when I get this error it is literally 2 seconds after the item is sent to production which means I can not cancel the order, I can not change the shipping address, and I can not even contact support from the particular order that is having the issue.

I can literally not comprehend why Printify would sent an order to production and then literally 2 seconds later notify me that there is an error with the shipping address that there is no way to fix. Woudln't it make a 1000x more sense to run the shipping address before sending the item to productino so if there is an issue I can just fix it myself rather than wait 2 weeks for their "Support" team to get back to me? What am I supposed to do in the meantime just sit around and get bad reviews on Etsy? Or, do I place a second order and eat the cost? It's a lose lose and Printify someone turned such a simple fix into a nightmare.

We will take into consideration your feedback regarding verifying the address before the order is sent to production and will try to come up with a different solution for the future. Currently, the best way to make any changes to the order that was sent to production is to contact us at merchantsupport@printify.com so our staff can update the shipping address. We are aware of the fact that our customer support may take longer to respond, but we are currently working on this issue as well by doubling the size of our customer support team. We always want to keep our merchants happy, this is why one of our managers will be in touch with you within the next 24 hours to see how we can make it up to you.

Being a new online boutique and learning how to navigate through this new era, Printify has made my life so much easier and convenient. I have been given the access and knowledge to grow my business to become successful and now all I have to do is utilize all of the tools provided, apply the knowledge learned, and wait for the sales to come in. Printify is pretty simple with an easy interface and most of it is very straight forward. It even pushes you into the integration with an e-commerce site and helps you set that up. The only thing that could use some clarity is the shipping and the costs per design but that is into the specifics. The catalog is very impressive and with the new updates and products we are excited to see all we can do and offer our customers.

Generally great functionalities. I hope to get both metric and imperial measurements to product description info, now it's either/or and half of the customers dont get the measurements. Also basic mockups could include more measurement pics!

Also customization with customization view would be awesome!

Sometimes glitchy and slow to load or duplicate my items but user-friendly overall.
I would REALLY LOVE some high-ticket item options on the platform

Creating my first products was quick and easy. I am now up and running and my products are published. It seemed daunting to start but now I am publishing my products quickly. Very happy with the first steps in this business.

My experience with Printify has been very good. The platform is easy to use and beginner-friendly. I like the wide range of products and the simple design tools that help me create custom items quickly. The integration with online stores is smooth and makes selling easier. Printify makes it so easy to go from idea, to product, to customer hands. The things I have had issues with the customer service has been right there until handled and then even backup after the fact. Impressed.
