Printify: Print on Demand

For the most part the app is easy to use. I would like to see an easier option of using the same product brand to create multiple designs instead of having to do each one individually. Other than that it's fairly easy to manage,

Pretty simple to select products and customize. Since I'm creating wall art, an option to create custom sizes would have been nice.

It's good, but the payment was not clear to us when we linked it to shopify. Our firat order was late because of it. It should be mentioned that printify needs to get paid before sending vs we thought they'd take the costs from our shopify account.

Generally great functionalities. I hope to get both metric and imperial measurements to product description info, now it's either/or and half of the customers dont get the measurements. Also basic mockups could include more measurement pics!

Also customization with customization view would be awesome!

the uploading continues to have many delays and slow responses very frustrating when uploading multiple designs. Even after refreshing or logging back in still continues.

Good quality productions, greatly misleading "lead times" and poor customer service.

They have a product that I source (a blanket) and they advertise an "average production time" of 1.4 days and 2-5 business days for shipping. I based our Mothers Day sale off of what they advertise.... suddenly that 1.4 days production time turned to 11 or 12 days after my orders were placed. They even had the nerve to say "it's just an average, not a guarantee".

Averages don't sway by 10x.

No offer to help at all. I asked for a partial refund (since I'm going to need to refund my customers) and they declined to even offer that.

Bad customer service from an apparently unreliable company who admittedly provides good quality products.

I love Printify, I have been using for over a year now and I have no plans on leaving. Easy to use and great support. I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

I feel like many of the products are super expensive. Your platform works great with Shopify, so I appreciate that. Shipping is also extremely high on many items, but I have noticed that some of the items have been adjusted.

I like that I can integrate more than one store. It will allow me to create in one place but send my designs to more than one marketplace. This saves me time. However, I have an issue with not being able to remove mockups. Even though I do not mark them to be used with this unisex item, when saving to my stores the mock ups follow the design. With the girly pattern, this is a bit of an inconvenience - the masculine point of view is separate. Or, I want it to be....

It is a very user friendly to design and make products. Seller or Merchant platform could become greater by exporting product details to a spreadsheet for integration to other platforms like Amazon which to date it doesn't have. Also Pop Up store could move from the Beta Phase to a more enriching online display store platform.
