Customer service is a joke!
I have been emailing merchant support and leaving message on the platform for the last 24hr and no is even attempting to get back to me regarding issues with orders.
Amongst other issues over December, this particular Customer received a t-shirt with something else on it instead of 2 Hoodies with my designs! They ordered on December 6th! Its now the 8th January! Its been 24hrs with not 1 reply to my messages. the customer has written two 1 Star reviews on my ETSY telling people not to buy from my shop that i am conning people! My Etsy Order Dissatisfaction Rate is below 4% because of this and my account at jeopardy. Really unhappy with the service.

I've been waiting for my samples to arrive to write my review. Got the mugs in seven days— at this point they've been through the dishwasher a number of times and the color seems to be holding. I've had other dyesub mugs develop a soapy taste right before having the color wash off, and that is not happening here, so I feel very confident carrying these mugs in my shop.

The t-shirt left their facility first and arrived last, but I think that was the fault of the US Post Office and not Printify. All told, it took about ten days. The print looks and feels great. I haven't put it through the wash yet, but with proper handling I have no doubt it will hold up at least as well as any other DTG shirt.

I really, really appreciate the fact that all of the blanks are American-made.

I've had a few orders in the last two weeks, and they all moved to production within an hour or two.

I'm so impressed so far, Printify. Good job and keep it up!

I recently added the Printify App and am happy with it so far. The interface is easy to use and they have a wide variety of products. I appreciate being able to select vendors that are closest to my location to reduce shipping times.

Printify is an excellent platform for creating custom merchandise with ease. Their customer service team is also incredibly helpful, responding quickly to any questions or concerns.

My first ecommerce experience and it has been generally positive. The good:
1. The system works - creating products, publishing to shopify, etc.
2. Customer service response is crazy fast and honestly I usually get the responses I want
3. I am a new, little guy but I have gotten some personal attention telling me they are focused on the long-term relationship Stuff To Work On:
1. I need 4XL and 5XL, but I think my only current way to reasonably do it is to add new separate products in those sizes with a different printer. Possible, but clunky.
2. More financial visibility - CSV export of order details and running daily/ monthly totals on COG, sales tax collected, etc.

Thank you for the detailed feedback! We're happy to see that you've chosen us as your POD partner and that we're able to meet your expectations when it comes to our service and Merchant support.

At the moment, we have options for 4XL and 5XL sizes, but not every Print Provider has these, like you mentioned. Our team is working to expand the available sizes for our products, and hopefully more providers will have these size options in the near future.

As for the reports - these are some great suggestions, we'll pass them on to our team for possible future implementation. :)

I have a single shirt that a customer ordered a month ago that is still listed as "in production." It was supposed to ship 3.5 weeks ago. I've reached out to Printify every week since it has been late, and they have assured me that it is a high priority and they will keep me updated (which they never do). Printify has cost me money (I've refunded the customer), WAY too much time, a marketing opportunity from a branded product sale, and unfortunately, a customer. As a small startup, every customer is important. They don't seem to care much, and there is no accountability from their team, and here I am still waiting...
