not happy AT ALL with this app. I started off super excited but now I am just going to invest in my own printer and do everything myself. I have been trying to contact printify for almost 3 weeks regarding various orders in queue with confusing statuses. Some say in "in production" but give a tracking number and nothing to track. A customer may order 4 or more items and receive a tracking number stating ALL items were sent out when the tracking only accounts for one item. So now, customers are emailing out of concern for their other items that havent even been printed yet. I've gotten emails from customers about products that were misprinted, with pieces of the branding having fallen to the bottom of the shirt somehow. Not sure if these folks are truly quality checking or just printing and shipping products off. I've had it. I hate having to go through a middle man to determine if an item is eligible to be reprinted because of THEIR mistake. Customers do not deserve that. They also removed the quick chat, so now you have to request support within an order or GOOGLE their contact info. and wait weeks for a response. If I could give this app zero stars I would. It's truly best to invest in your own equipment and print your own.
We are very sorry to hear about your experience with us. Our print providers are overloaded with orders, thus, they may take longer to fulfil and the error ratio m ay be slightly higher as well. Nevertheless, we are actively working on changing that by adding new print providers and hiring more support agents to assist our merchants. I recently started my POD store. Integrated with Printify. I ordered a T-shirt for me to India. 31 days have passed. The order has not reached yet. Another order was from Canada. Again 22 days have passed, the order has not reached yet. I showed the concern to support team, they have already put their hands up in this regard, saying that in tracking we can't help much. Now, who will be responsible if product doesn't reach the customer. My customers are furious about it. It's their hard-earned money. It will also defame my store, and I have just started only. I would say poor service and support. Use other print providers. The products at Printify may be cheaper than others, but it will only be beneficial if the product reaches customers.

When we choosed to work with this app we read many different reviews from users but we never thought that we would be one of the BAD REVIEWS on our FIRST MONTH experience. Looks like they are "training new people" so they don't have time to reply to many emails sent by us to the only customer service provided. We paid 19 dolars for the Premium Service wich as been terrible! After 20 days waiting we got our first order but unfortunately with the WRONG design. We are working with a provider from the UK because our store is in Portugal and we wanted to have a quick service on orders delivery. 20 days?! Ok... but with the wrong design? Are we supposed to send it back again and wait for 20 more days to expect for a new tshirt?!
We feel very ashamed with this and we are now removing our services with them.
We expect our samples refund money from the (worst) Premium Service and Customer Service ever!
Horrible quality print and even worse customer service. Out of 34 samples costing $1400 and after waiting over 3 weeks for delivery, 14 of the samples we ordered were unacceptable. We couldn't understand how such bad quality print would even pass the quality control at the printer! They gave us a run around and never made it right even though they promised to do so multiple times. Honestly, Printify doesn't even deserve 1 star. They lure you in with low prices and produce totally unacceptable results. Don't waste your time with these losers.
Dear SELLER BEWARE OF THIS APP. They ship features that cause lots of bug without informing the sellers.
Last week our shipping software had issues because they couldn’t fulfill our orders on shopify anymore.
Reason of the problem found : 7 products of our catalog had changed their location ID. We investigated and Shopify found that Printify has modified some of our product catalog THAT ARE NOT MANAGED BY PRINTIFY
Without our consent or an alert, Printify has changed the location ID of SKUs, and because of that HUNDREDS of customers couldn’t have their order fulfilled on shopify and receive their tracking.
This caused lots of TIME spent to resolve the issue over the past week.
I sent an email on Friday and didn’t receive any answer. This isn't the first time they update their app and they have problems.
Therefore :
1. We will uninstall Printify APP
2. We are stopping to sell printify products until you find the issue with a precise report.
This is not the first time we have problems with printify and I find your customer service totally useless.
I don’t recommend printify, they have a nice design, and look well integrated with printers, so you will find easy to create products and sell them but if you have any problem :
- they will not help you (customer service without tech skills and helpless)
- Never compensate you if you have issues that affect your sales/margin/customer experience (despite this is totally their fault)

There are a number of things not working well with Printify:
1. Delivery times - Absolutely terrible. My most recent order went in on the 8th of November, was sent to Production on the 11th and was finally printed on the 18th with an expected delivery date of 24th of November. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
You WILL have customer complaints.
2. The quality is not consistent and some prints have sticky, unfinished screen printing. This after the insane delivery times is sure to have angry customers.
3. If you order more than 1 sample item, get used to paying high shipping fees.
As a customer mentioned previously, USE PRINTFUL instead. The quality and delivery times are worth the extra price.
So I just received a tshirt sample today and not only is the print blurry and faded purple-black but there's stains all over it like someone spilled a coffee and just decided to wash and reuse it. I wouldn't even sell this shirt for a dollar. Their customer service is awful it takes hours to days just to get a response and there's no phone number you can call. Any problems you have they basically tell you there's nothing they can do about it. I've been also having big problems with their shipping calculations on my website. I'm switching over to Printful this is a terrible company.
Update: I used Printify for mugs & pillows as well on my site. I've also tried to order posters from them and the printing is all off. Please don't waste your time with these people. As someone who takes pride in her company and wants good products for her customers this is not the way to go. If you're looking for cheap products and don't really care about the quality then go ahead!
They were great when we started in March 2020. However, since about August the customer service has been terrible. Issues with deleting items from our store, or even navigating through the store go unresolved for weeks on end, with responses that never go beyond 'our tech team is working on it' and no idea of a resolution date. Abandoning trying to get this resolved today, and terminating our account and finding a different dropshipper. Update - Dec 10, 2020: It took 8 weeks to resolve the issue, and was only done when I submitted this review. However, we are still having issues - today I cannot see my store at all, and there is no option to contact Printify support - that has disappeared. The only thing I can do is see help articles, which do not help with this issue I am having.

Do not trust the mock up generator it will not accurately create the finish product. Your printing guys will take longer than what quoted to print a shirt.
The quality is hit or miss. With Printify you will just piss off your customers, have to issue refunds to them, loose money, loose your reputation it is just not worth doing business with them. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me but we will never do business with printify again

Pros - they have a supplier that offers Dri-Fit shirts. The escalated support rep (Uyen) is terrific. They're cheaper than most (but you get what you pay for).
Cons - so, so many to list. The company that offers Dri-Fit takes a MINIMUM of two weeks to print and ship a shirt. Usually it takes closer to a month - and the production time listed of 3.58 business days on their supplier page is an absolute joke.
The customer support (other than Uyen) is terrible. They take HOURS to get back to you when you submit and email or chat - and then the responses are stock copy/paste answers about how they understand your concerns, and they'll look into it. Nothing ever happens.
The printing quality is god-awful. I can't count how many reprints and returns I had to do due to shoddy printing.
The design lab is clunky and not really intuitive. Their mobile design is a joke.
At least every third order requires an email or check-up on my part. Nothing is ever easy with Printify (unless you're dealing with Uyen). My store is just a side hustle, but I feel like I spend HOURS more dealing with Printify nonsense than I do at my 8-5 full-time gig.
Stay away from Printify. Use another supplier like Printful - they cost more, but you don't have to deal with the headaches and hassles.
Update: If you don't believe me about the stock copy/paste answers, read all the responses to the 1-star reviews. Hilariously predictable.
**UPDATE**
I designed a shirt for a fund-raiser for a family member, and it resulted in probably 75-80 shirts being purchased, which would mark the end of my relationship with Printify.
Of those deliveries, there were four that had weird or incorrect shirts included in them - ones that were not in ANY way associated with the fund-raiser, our company or anything else.
* One had a hockey mask from the movie "Friday the 13th" with the slogan "No Lives Matter" on it
* One was a red t-shirt that simply said "I Hate the Patriots"
* One was a ballerina (I think)
* One had a shark wearing sunglasses
Printify also forgot to send 7 shirts to customers that I went and printed and delivered myself out of my own pocket, because I can't wait for you guys to rectify yet ANOTHER mistake.
Please please PLEASE do not believe their "99.1%" effectiveness rate regarding their quality control - that simply cannot be true. Use Printful or someone else who knows what they're doing and can actually fulfill your orders in a timely and correct manner.
