Where's my review? I want to change my 1 Star review to 4 Stars. Actually, I did get a customer service representative to help me, the next day, after getting only links directing me to self help posts the day I installed the app. So, my first experience with Printify customer service was definitely not good and so was the second time I reached out to them. This time they couldn't give me accurate instructions to set up Printify shipping on my site. I watched the related video and read the post which by the way ends here: Step 4: "Finally, create a new zone in the Shopify shipping settings with all of the 240 countries available and add Printify in Calculated Rates". Does it say HOW to do that? No. Did the customer service representative helped to clarify that 4th step? No. His response was: "Thank you for the update, I have contacted my superior to look into updating our guides. Once we have more information about how to proceed, we will get back to you." I ended up getting help from Shopify. But, since then, my customer service experience with Printify has been good. It's only been a month. Only time will tell.

I am overall happy with my experiences with Printify and the help I have received. I would like to suggest that your monthly statement includes profits and margins. As a company that give a % of profits to charitable organisations, having a profit statement would be very helpful. Many thanks

Great app! Thank you Printify :). Is it possible to look into having tote bags or cosmetic bags as part of your product selection?
I'll recommend anyone to give this a shot. The product array is quite nice.
So far it has been a very easy process to be able to design whatever I want and put it on just about anything as well. Only issue i have is i wish i could had more design space on the inventory thats there for example the shirts or long sleeves.

In your suggestion, if you are referring to print areas, we indeed agree that it is cool to have more print areas in apparel products and we will forward this as a suggestion to the relevant team. However, we'd suggest checking on our AOP (All-over-print) products which allow you to add design according to your preference. Wishing you all the best!
Had a couple of order, good quality of the produced items and still learning the ins and out of it and have to checkout all the items
great app. user friendly. just sometimes too much lagging but in general useful, recommended.
just started using it, but so far easy to use and quick set up. im interested to see how quick the fulfillment process is, because thats going to be a make or break.
Has a few hiccups now and then. Like all of our products and photos disappeared for 24hrs. They resolved the problem the next day. Overall, good quality. We have not had any orders yet. So I cannot
