Been using this app for about 5 months now. Its terrible.

They can't give you a proper overview of costs, they do millions of micro transactions, like topping up the printify account with $10 at a time to pay for a product, instead of being billed once a month, or atleast receiving an overview of how much has been billed in total in a certain time period.

Even after talking to they reps and telling them about the issues I had, there was 0 improvement.

20% off my orders get cancelled by printify because they decide they don't sell this product anymore. No prior notice, sometimes not even a notice after people have made a purchase for that product.

They have been waiting for months, because printify simply decided to just cancell the order.

And then they will tell you to remove the product from your store, refund your customer, and basically just lose all the money you spent acquiring that customer. Terrible terrible terrible system!

Yes, Printify is the cheapest, but the quality isnt very reliable and their system absolutely sucks (billing, logistics, etc.).

I 100% DO NOT recommend this app! Spare yourself the stress dealing with printify and spend a little bit more on a tshirt.

And then they also send you this uselss "Printify Daily Profit" report, which don't even include shipping cost in their calculation. Nor does it take into consideration discounts that customer have been using on your store.

Instead of sending they absolutely useless junk report, how about you send me a report of what my actual costs were for that day/week/month etc, and looking at how much I made in sales with printify products, so we can get a accurate number that actually provides some value.

Sorry but the longer I have been using this app the more it fires me up thinking about how terrible it is.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I created +100 products using Printify, uploaded them on all my marketplaces, create adverting campaigns on facebook, google ads, I was exciting... until do a TEST ORDER and receive a tee with a design much small than the mockup showed on my store and ads. They said it was a supplier problem and all the products created using him could be printed smaller. After more than 1 week they didn't show a solution but I noticed people still can create products that can't be printed in the right size. Luckily I did the test order, because imagine if a costumer receive a product different than that one he saw and bought... Who will get a bad review? This is something can't happen when you're building a brand. VERY UNSATISFIED

I was so excited about Printify. My large format printer is down and in the meantime, being able to outsource and ship my custom designs seemed like such a time saver - and pretty affordable, too. But sadly, sometimes you get what you pay for and that was my experience. The first few custom posters printed fine. Shipping was a little slower than I had hoped but overall everybody seemed satisfied. I requested a cancellation once or twice because the printing time was so slow (which in and of itself was a little stressful.) Side note: it's difficult to upgrade shipping to express with some vendors of Printify. Then came the "True Red" debacle and that's when I realized that my customer service goals and Printify's customer service goals were not aligned. Here's the story: I created 5 different custom designs for 5 different customers, all from the same team. All were created with the same red background - however the numbers were different because they were for different athletes on the team. Upon arrival, one client realized that the print background had come out a salmon color, not "true red". I immediately contacted Printify, shared the picture that my client shared (without the plastic covering on the edge) and their customer service was great - they said, oh that's unacceptable, we will have them reprint. Unfortunately, I was charged for the reprint! But that wasn't it. Obviously, the other prints came out the same way, and my clients were all a little ticked and nervous (understandably). Meanwhile, Printify pushed me off on different customer service people who said, well, we can't help you unless you get all of those clients to send us a picture of their posters. I said, well, lets see how the process goes with the original concern I submitted - the one that they reprinted and never refunded. There was crickets on that as they continued to hand me off to one another and it only took me a few days to realize I couldn't trust Printify support to solve the problem. I sent the file to my clients local Staples via email and the true red printed perfectly. And I paid for all of it because that's the type of customer service I provide. I was never able to speak to the printing vendor (Circle Graphics) specifically to figure out what the problem was. So - if you have anything red, or you need a print fast OR you have a high standard for yourself and your vendors when it comes to customer service, you may want to rethink Printify. Unless I have major lead time and zero red, I'm going to pay more with a service like Staples. I hope this helps you make the best decision for your business as well.

At Printify we offer merchant support 24/7, therefore, to be able to answer any concerns quickly a change of agent can happen and we’re sorry to hear that this was an issue. Our team not only handles the merchant's inquiries, but also the communication with the Print Providers, so, unfortunately, it is not possible for merchants to contact the Print Provider directly.

Stay away. Trust me - stay away.

Pros - they have a supplier that offers Dri-Fit shirts. The escalated support rep (Uyen) is terrific. They're cheaper than most (but you get what you pay for).

Cons - so, so many to list. The company that offers Dri-Fit takes a MINIMUM of two weeks to print and ship a shirt. Usually it takes closer to a month - and the production time listed of 3.58 business days on their supplier page is an absolute joke.

The customer support (other than Uyen) is terrible. They take HOURS to get back to you when you submit and email or chat - and then the responses are stock copy/paste answers about how they understand your concerns, and they'll look into it. Nothing ever happens.

The printing quality is god-awful. I can't count how many reprints and returns I had to do due to shoddy printing.

The design lab is clunky and not really intuitive. Their mobile design is a joke.

At least every third order requires an email or check-up on my part. Nothing is ever easy with Printify (unless you're dealing with Uyen). My store is just a side hustle, but I feel like I spend HOURS more dealing with Printify nonsense than I do at my 8-5 full-time gig.

Stay away from Printify. Use another supplier like Printful - they cost more, but you don't have to deal with the headaches and hassles.

Update: If you don't believe me about the stock copy/paste answers, read all the responses to the 1-star reviews. Hilariously predictable.

**UPDATE**

I designed a shirt for a fund-raiser for a family member, and it resulted in probably 75-80 shirts being purchased, which would mark the end of my relationship with Printify.

Of those deliveries, there were four that had weird or incorrect shirts included in them - ones that were not in ANY way associated with the fund-raiser, our company or anything else.

* One had a hockey mask from the movie "Friday the 13th" with the slogan "No Lives Matter" on it

* One was a red t-shirt that simply said "I Hate the Patriots"

* One was a ballerina (I think)

* One had a shark wearing sunglasses

Printify also forgot to send 7 shirts to customers that I went and printed and delivered myself out of my own pocket, because I can't wait for you guys to rectify yet ANOTHER mistake.

Please please PLEASE do not believe their "99.1%" effectiveness rate regarding their quality control - that simply cannot be true. Use Printful or someone else who knows what they're doing and can actually fulfill your orders in a timely and correct manner.

Tried again because I was hoping the pandi had something to do it with it...but nope. They are still horrible. Two out of my 4 orders were on hold with them and they couldn't even give me a reason why! It is not the files becuase the files are way above minimum requirements. STAY FAR AWAY!

BLATANTLY LIED TO ME! SCAMMERS! Two moths to ship order! I used them before and their print quality ( on dark T's was horrible). I thought I would give them one las chance because they offered a product PIXELS and PRINTFUL do not offer. Its been two months and the item not even shipped. I understand COVID but I have not dealt with that long for either of the above mentioned print on demand providers listed above that I love and use regularly.

Here is where it gets worse. They have no respect for their clients and lied to me in my face! They said they could not refund me because the ordered had shipped. They provided me with a tracking number. 3 days later it still had no delivery date. I asked them for a refund again and they said it had shipped. I invested further and all they did was create the shipping label to obtain a tracking number with no planned day to ship! THEY LIED in my face as a customer! DO NOT USE!

I try hard to put myself in other companies shoes and I have not left a bad review in YEARS but this is not right. Two of their assoicates lied to me and the kicker is its super easy to get detailed information on tracking numbers if you go to the actual shipping provider and not just the link they send you.
PIXELS and PRINTFUL are 1000 times better than this company. They are truthful and their products are great. I order weekly from both!

Good pricing but inconsistent results. I had many print quality issues with their providers. As they are essentially the middle person between you and the printer getting issues resolved was very labored and at times not possible. More importantly, when building a brand you cannot afford poor quality results or inconsistency both of which were issues with printify. If you are looking for a quick profit then Printify may work as the pricing is good. I rather pay the additional costs with Printful, who is not a middle 'man' and actually produces your product, or pay the upfront costs and order in bulk from a good screen-printer. The quality I have found more consistent.

The Printify team was doing well before the pandemic but since the start it has been a struggle.

Over the last week I've issued five emails for one support request with no response at all from Printify - I have over 300 orders sitting waiting for processing.

I would highly recommend going with another vendor in the short term until they can get their customer service in order.

When we choosed to work with this app we read many different reviews from users but we never thought that we would be one of the BAD REVIEWS on our FIRST MONTH experience. Looks like they are "training new people" so they don't have time to reply to many emails sent by us to the only customer service provided. We paid 19 dolars for the Premium Service wich as been terrible! After 20 days waiting we got our first order but unfortunately with the WRONG design. We are working with a provider from the UK because our store is in Portugal and we wanted to have a quick service on orders delivery. 20 days?! Ok... but with the wrong design? Are we supposed to send it back again and wait for 20 more days to expect for a new tshirt?!
We feel very ashamed with this and we are now removing our services with them.
We expect our samples refund money from the (worst) Premium Service and Customer Service ever!

Printify and the team itself is great. I love the interface. My 1 start has to do with their print providers. I've spent far too much time and effort building the foundation for a successful store, only to have the print quality of the products be absolute crap. Will be moving everything over to Printful. Hope this saves someone time, effort and money because that's what using this app has cost me so far.

I am very dissapointed in Printify. They mailed my customer 500 t-shirts that were ALL damaged. I have not recieved a response from customer service and I have lost money on this transaction becuase of their faulty products. Very poor customer service and products.

Our merchant support team is working 24/7 and in such an unusual case where 500 items were affected, an additional investigation might be needed. In all cases where items are delivered damaged, if the relevant photo or video evidence that supports the case is provided, we offer a free of charge replacements or refunds depending on the case. As this was a clear manufacturing issue and with your help sufficient evidence was provided, a refund has been issued for you.
