Printify has a lot of potential, but the user interface really holds it back. Simple tasks often feel confusing, and the dashboard layout makes managing products and orders more complicated than it should be. With a better, more intuitive setup, this platform could be so much better. Right now, it’s just too frustrating to use consistently.

I paid for Printify VIP expecting priority access, smoother syncs, and zero headaches — but instead I’ve been hit with constant problems.

Products show “in stock” in Printify, but when I publish to Shopify, suddenly colors are missing. Your team told me to replace the supplier — fine. But that didn’t solve anything. Then I’m told to duplicate the whole product, just to get sizes to show up?

Printify’s interface feels clunky and unintuitive, making simple tasks more time-consuming than they should be. Navigating the platform isn’t smooth, and the overall experience is frustrating. There are better options out there.

having a terrible experience since migrating to shopify. I have orders that cant get fulfilled because printify and shopify can't be configured correctly. printify help is non existent. still waiting for anyone from printify to help me.

App is very easy to use. Customer Service is one of the absolute worst I have ever come across and be very very careful what products tou choose. Quality is substandard at best.

Tried using Printify, but it’s been more hassle than it’s worth. It’s a great idea in theory, but the execution just isn’t there. Definitely not the smooth experience I was hoping for!

I placed an order with Printify on October 31, 2024(Shipping between 10-30 days), and as of today, it is still in transit. The lack of accountability and poor service has been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, communication with Printify has been going back and forth with no resolution in sight.

Not great. Set up my products and the orders started coming in… However they, Printify, put a hold on my payment method for 24-72 hours. Some orders were processed and shipped. So I’m not sure why a handful or order and recent orders are being held. Makes zero sense to me. And if I want to add money to the Printify account, I can’t use a card, I have to use google pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc. it’ ...

Printify is TRASH if you need personalized products. Works fine for regular orders, but the personalized order system is broken and buggy. Easy to sign up, easy to add stuff and order a sample. but when a supplier makes a mistake in shipping they won't refund you.
