UPDATE** Another order, another issue. This time, the package was never dropped off at UPS. Printify tried to blame me for giving them an address without a APT# saying the package was "Lost" but this delivery was to a house not an apartment, and the UPS tracking confirms they never received it the package in the first place with the message "UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package."

They did offer to print and ship the order "Again" but would not approve any expedited shipping. It's been 15 days now since the customer place the order. With how slow the processing time actually is I don't expect this customer to receive their order for another 10+ Days.

I’ve used Printify on and off over the years, and there are both positives and negatives.

Overall, the products are good quality, and the prints usually turn out well. That said, I’ve encountered a few issues where the work felt sloppy. On the bright side, the design tool is user-friendly, and the mockups look fantastic.

My biggest complaints are about the pricing and shipping. Some items, like postcards, are priced ridiculously high—I suspect it’s to make their “premium” pricing option look like a better deal. Shipping costs can also be inconsistent. For instance, shipping postcards and stickers just don't make sense, but shipping for journals seems more reasonable.

Lastly, turnaround times are longer than advertised. While they often claim 1-2 days, you should realistically expect 4-5 days, and if your order still isn't ready by end of day Friday expect it to go out next week.
It's really hard to advertise a correct processing time for customers so it's best to say 4-5 days in my opinion.

Printify is a very good platform and I was quite impressed of how easy and "reliable" it was... until international shipping came along. They are the worst at shipping and my order is taking ages to arrive. 1+ month is a delivery time no customer will be happy about.

This is an incredible POD app for your business. I recommend Printify because they offer you the ability to create your own products free of charge before you take orders from customers. They don't require you to pay them every month for a subscription. They're free unless you want to pay for an upgrade plan like premium or enterprise, but their free plan is great in my opinion. The only time you need to pay for anything is when you make a sale and you pay for the production of the product, but that's standard practice as an entrepreneur of of course. All products cost some money to source. What I love the most about print on demand is how you can take a blank product and make it entirely your own. You can offer a product to the market that is completely unique and never seen before. That makes you stand out in the market and also gives you a competitive edge compared to other sourcing methods. If I where to offer one constructive critique I would say some of the products can be a little pricey, but I would just recommend designing with their affordable products because their great in my experience. They offer a variety of products like supplements, shirts, sweatpants, mugs, bags, home products etc. I recommend that you sell their Unisex Softstyle T-Shirt if you are a clothing brand looking for a great product for a few reasons, one is, it's a great quality garment, it's soft and comfortable for your customers, and it is their cheapest shirt at the time of this review. In terms of the ability to create your own unique products, I think Printify is hard to beat in my opinion. Shipping times are very fast compared to other sourcing models. 2-5 business days. They also handle all sales tax on your behalf. I still think it's a good idea to file with your state gov to make sure you're covered if you have a LLC of business entity, however they collect it for you which is especially nice for people who don't have an LLC yet, are just getting started, marked "individual" for their business type. Printify's product photos are very clear and high quality, even for the product photos where there are models in the photos or the photos are folded. They also have an AI feature that creates your title and descriptions for you when you put in information about your product. Honestly, they're great. Again, my only constructive critique is some higher prices for some of their prices, but they offer lower priced items. I would say they are a great choice for you business. One of the best parts as well is that you don't have to hold any inventory. That is incredible in terms of the risk of investment, and for people getting started who don't have warehouse space. Those costs can be really expensive when you are just getting going. If you choose to go with them, I think they're a great option, especially if you're a designer, or like to design you own products like I do. Go for it!

I love what I can design but get stuck with the ability to connect to advertising engines. It took a long while to be able to connect and sync products to other online stores.

i'd like to speak to someone. there are a few tweaks that would make life easier
1 - where are these wacky, irrelevant Tags coming from that i have to delete every time??? DTG? Tik-Tok? Neck Labels? Can i turn that off?
2 - The images you generate have TOO MUCH PADDING around the sides, can that be fixed?
