I have the opportunity to make designs on a total of 5 POD apps. I have found Printify to the easiest to use if you are a beginner and in the top 2 in pricing. However, Printify has limited designing options compared to some of the others. For example, you can only rotate images but can not flip (mirror) images. Finally, I have only had one order not be filled but Printify's Customer Service Team Resolved the issue quickly, so I give them an A+ IN customer service.

Platform is buggy, Products don't fully link to store (prices won't sync). After I placed my first order, for some reason, the shirt had to be produced in London when the customer address is in the US, and they claim to have a wide network of manufacturers, so turnover time was significantly increased.
just started using it, but so far easy to use and quick set up. im interested to see how quick the fulfillment process is, because thats going to be a make or break.
Pretty good far, I like the wide variety of items they have available. Lets' see how the quality is and shipping speed of my samples.

Has a few hiccups now and then. Like all of our products and photos disappeared for 24hrs. They resolved the problem the next day. Overall, good quality. We have not had any orders yet. So I cannot
I've ordered samples and got scammed by the delivery service. It arrived at the parcel which is located 2 hours drive from me. They never delivered the package but they lied about that they've tried to send it (I was home the entire day they said they delivered it). I'm not going to drive 2 hours because the delivery company doesn't do its job!!! Printify support is super slow in replying to my issue didn't even help me at all. NO REFUNDS! They didn't even try to contact the delivery to help and just tell me to drive there and get it. PS: The delivery service they use is not reachable through phone (very sketchy!)

Excellent app and great manufacturers. I only wish they had the technology part of me being able to implement on my store a widget for my customers to design themselve their Tshirt or any product. Apart from that, it s great!
if i could give this company negative stars i would. Absolute worst POD provider. No support whatsoever, no protection for buyers, monthy fee is a sham as we were suppose to receive discounted shipping rates however they increased 20% , 10 items still in transit after 6 weeks, 2 still in transit 60 days after being sent.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UPDATE: i believe you do charge for your services by way of premium subscription..... Nevertheless I look forward to hearing from someone

I used this app to print and fulfill the shirts and sweatshirts in my store. About 70% of the time, the vendors and Printify deliver as expected. The other 30% has very negatively impacted my brand. My customers have received the wrong shirts, shirts that are not even available in my store, poor printing where the print areas are stuck together, and extreme delays that are not related to COVID - we're talking 15-19 business days when the printify platform says 3-5 business days. I had a product quality issue where I sold 35 pairs of leggings, and 65% of the customers asked to return them because of fit. The Merchant contact suggested to me on multiple occasions that it was the body shape of my customers that was the issue, not the construction of the pants. It turns out there was a defect in the material... but I had to speak to the actual manufacturer on my own, separate from Printify, to figure that out and find a true resolution. Ultimately, it is challenging to change my fulfillment model now that it is integrated into my store, so I am still a customer. I hope another organization with a similar network makeup but better service and a US base shows up. I will gladly move my business away from this platform. I would NOT recommend it.
