I placed an order with Printify on October 31, 2024(Shipping between 10-30 days), and as of today, it is still in transit. The lack of accountability and poor service has been incredibly frustrating. Printify is TRASH if you need personalized products. Works fine for regular orders, but the personalized order system is broken and buggy. After following all the instructions (which are contradictory) the personalization only works if I place an order through my own system, not for anyone else. Easy to sign up, easy to add stuff and order a sample. but when a supplier makes a mistake in shipping they won't refund you. horrible. shopify won't integrate printify and after contacting both it's clear it's a shopify issue but neither will do anything about it. following their directions to disconnect and reconnect was a horrible mistake. wtf am I paying shopify for?
