Great customer service. I moved from pricefy as I never received support from them to set up the app. so far is working very well and the support is outstanding, they help me and keep on eye on my account until I set up my price rules and products. 100% recommendable.

I cannot say enough good things about Prisync and their team. So responsive, so willing to help and have and solve every problem or question. I definitely was not the biggest fan to start, and once I took about a day to learn the process it was AWESOME.

I do wish the instant price alerts were not in the highest tier.

I’m really impressed with Prisync’s price robot – it works perfectly and accurately matches the competitors I want to track. I’ve also started excluding competitors I don’t want to compare prices with, and the tool handles that exactly as expected.

Because the price robot is working so well, I’m now considering using it across all my products. It would be great to set up different strategies per brand, allowing me to meet different competitors for different product groups. So far, I’m very satisfied – this is definitely a 5-star tool!

Does not provide accurate pricing information. The true cost is most likely 10x to 50x more expensive than the prices displayed. So don't waste your time if you are not willing to pay 10 - 50x more than the displayed price.

And just to be clear and in response the comment below from the company. The pricing for this product clearly states that the cost is based on the NUMBER OF PRODUCTS. False. It is based on the NUMBER OF VARIANTS.

Don't try to pass off your misrepresentation of the true cost of your product as 'my misunderstanding'. Shopify should remove this product until it presents accurate pricing information.

Setup was simple, integration is smooth, and the support team is always helpful and responsive.
