I did a test on my popup I can put in email but after that I click on subscribe button nothing happens Where do email names collected go?
This review-pop-up is really annoying when I'm new on digital marketing and I barely can understand what a list is. Hope the whole app helps to build and grow my business. I don't know if I'll be given the chance to write a new review.; for the moment, I still don't know.

I sent you guys a message prior to posting this but I'm thinking maybe you didn't get it... this app doesn't sync with my shopify customer database... super frustrating to have to manually add customers when they sign up with the privy exit popup. will probably be deleting.

worst service !!!! over price app !!!! I used this app for pop up campaings that did well but the service is worst I am not getting any help from privy team.
So far, pretty bad. How you gonna force someone to review your app before you even allow them to complete the tutorial?! how am I supposed to know if i like it yet?
You do not ask for a review when you have not let the user try the app first for some time. For that reason I give you one start. As I do not know if is going to serve my needs.
The new pricing of this App is ridiculous considering I don't use it for email campaigns. Going from a FREE app to being $70 a month based on PAGE VIEWS alone?! Ridiculous. Uninstalling and finding a different App. Now they'll get new customers who will pay the outlandish fees because of the high ratings from customers who used the App when it was free. Really poor, extortionist practices. I am so unimpressed. I was willing to go to a paid plan, thinking it would be 5, maybe 10 dollars a month. Nope. Absolutely not worth the 70-200% markup they're now charging customers.
I've been using Privy to capture customer emails for 12 months. About a month ago, Privy simply turned off the function to collect my customer data and gave me no warning either prior or even afterwards that it had done so. I investigated the 'lost data' myself (because I noticed a sudden drop in sign-ups) and was given the run around by Privy for 2 weeks before they finally admitted pausing my Privy campaign because I've now hit some sort of milestone not included in my current plan. No warning was given to me prior (to allow me the opportunity to upgrade and continue the campaign) and they didn't even tell me afterwards - instead they made other excuses for 2 weeks before finally admitting the truth. I've lost valuable customer data as a result. Privy is simply not worth the risk to your business.
Not satisfied with the service and customer support. Lack of customer centricity and awareness that they are here to help us, not vice versa.
