Haven’t had enough time to try it before reviewing - maybe they should wait a week before asking for it.
So far I'm fairly happy with this app! I deleted it and re-added it and so it is prompting me to write this review which is kind of annoying but I'm trying this out again, in need of a pop up email.

Privy works great. I've used it for years with great success. I've lowered the rating to 3 stars entirely because of the way they now have their paid plan set up.
I only use Privy for pop ups. I average around 5000 visitors a month which I thought would keep me in the free to use zone. However they count every page a customer views on your website. So this means I would at least need the 25,000 "pageview" plan that costs $35. For me it's not worth paying more than my entire Shopify subscription to make use of their pop up function.
So I've switched to the MailMunch pop up. It's free and looks pretty similar to what I was using with Privy.
To sum it up. If you are a low traffic store Privy's free option really is great. However, if you're like me adding another subscription for a simple pop up ad just doesn't feel worth it.

Great for pop ups. Fairly easy to navigate. Only complaint is the fact that there's plenty of tech issues, freezes a lot.
It's OK for now. Would love it if the app stopped prompting us to review when we haven't really had a chance to take advantage of it...

I just got the app. The annoying popup kept asking for a review...
At this point I have no opinion....
seems wierd to ask for a review as part of setup.
I will update this review after some use.
