Outrageous fees. They will bind you into a contract for months and force you to pay a termination fee if you decide to switch.

Our billing team has checked with your customer success manager - we see you signed a contract for 12 months. After March of 2023, the paid plan will be moved to monthly and can then be cancelled. This will not cancel when changing to monthly, so please contact us at that time to help.
Please note, we do offer month to month plans and will never force a merchant into a contract. If you still need assistance, please email billing@privy.com.
The app displays at 325px width on 320px width phone screens creating a horizontal scroll - a coding issue when I looked into it. Even if I override the CSS to set it to 320px the app still creates a scroll bar based on the initial 325px setting.
After contacting support I was told in a condescending tone that the app was performing as intended, and I should try adjusting the settings to fit the screen size - which would result in the window displaying at 320px on all screens - not scaling the entire pop-up as it should be coded to, and indeed is on every other screen size. Support seems either incompetent or uninterested in helping solve the problem properly.
Uninstalled and switched to Mailchimp forms.
Only started my shop... I can see how amazingly helpful this will be.

I've been trying to get something resolved so I can start using abandon cart. to have to wait up to 36 hours to get assistant doesn't make sense. I have a company and my turn around time is 24 hours responding within hours. very disappointed in the turn around time.

not so great so far, a lot of bugs, the plans are not clear, and I'm still looking for a way to have some futures. We will give it some more time but if it will keep on the same way we will have to look for an alternative ... even this pop us is buggy

I have not fully used. The popup to review the product is too annoying thats why I'm going to write a review with 1 start
Very disappointed, your plan is easy to misunderstand, I pay $24 but can't send Abandoned email, I have to pay separately, and the reply is not timely.
