Beware - you will get ripped off! Signed up for a $15 per month plan because I only needed popups. Several months later, I see a $60 charge on my account. I contacted support to ask them about this, and they said they had sent an email out (which I never received) which said that their pricing tiers were changing based on the amount of customer emails. Very underhanded and shady if you ask me, and I'm sure this happened to a lot of people. I've canceled my account and will never deal with them again.
I have over 12000 mail subscribers. So the monthly subscription to Privy is $165. I emailed to cancel Privy to use another email app. But they still do not cancel the payment subscription and no reply to the mail. In the meantime I was charged another $165. Are you kidding me? Never subscribe. CS also responds roughly to cancellation of subscription. I will formally sue this. Wait.

Our billing team has checked and see that the first emails were answered on our end, but sadly, we never received any replies. I do see that the last email did receive a reply and a refund was honored. If any further help is needed, please email billing@privy.com and please reference ticket number # 176685.
I just started using this app, I cannot give a review at this time. When i have used it for a while then you may get a review, Unfair to ask for one before I could had a chance to use it.
The solution is ugly, expensive and the user experience is terrible. Wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time.

Frustrating to work with and expensive. I wouldn;t recommend this app anymore. It used to be a lot easier to use.
I heard that Privy is selling emails that are captured to 3rd parties. Also slowing down website greatly. Deleted immediately ,
wont leave me alone and cant figure out how to make a pop up for email list
I just installed the app and trying to figure it out. I have no relative opinion at this point. Time will tell.
They changed their pricing plan and are no longer an affordable option for their niche (small businesses). It was a VERY big jump in price with only one paid plan to choose from. Now I'm scrambling to find something else, transfer all my contacts, rebuild all my sequences and emails. It's an expensive mess. Meanwhile, they paused all my campaigns, so my welcome series campaign that happens to be blowing up (we're talking thousands of adds) is paused right in the middle. Horrible what they have done.
