Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

No option to turn off the "X" in the top right corner of the popup. I would rather have a "No Thanks" exit button option.

It works for doing things like pop ups and abandoned cart email, but it's not quite simple to configure a good abandoned cart email, you can't add the forgoten products to the email and that would be great. Also the linking with the domaing is very frustrating; we did the DNS changes but they must be there permanently, instead of just a one time validation...

The response time is slow. The sense of urgency for customer opetion is not there for free for new merchants like us.

Just started using it. Not sure how it will work. Semi - easy to use.

Cool so far. Time will tell once I dig in deeper. Seems pretty straight forward so far though.

currently testing now, so far it looks ok and nothing negative to write about. Kind of strange that you have to write 100 word review to proceed

I like it but need technical support with a human. My contacts are not syncing and can't upload pictures.
