Chose any alternative email marketing app. Pricing is good but app itself is useless and requires the user to do the majority of work vs alternatives. Rather cheap vs good pricing.
Paid for the monthly subscription but am having issues, emailed them 3 times and they never got back to me after 5 days.

It never worked i wasnt able to get the popups to work, i tried changing the settings but its doesnt help

Technical support is very bad. Application sloppy. Work with applications like Conversio, your pro.

Don't know much about the app beside you have to pay for a plan before you can use the service once you're card is on file you then can use the emailing service
Doesn't work. The features they make you pay for are buggy and work unreliably. The free version ropes you in, and then the actual useful features you have to pay for and then when you do they don't work.
We tested it and tried it every different way we could think of, their support was useless and unhelpful and they still continue to refund us for this faulty purchase.
Lots of bugs, codes not being revealed, emails nit being sent, etc. very little explanation of how things work, freezes often. Continues to ask for review with annoying pop up, even though I have repeatedly submitted it. It’s even worse the next day still sending pop ups to review them. Nothing is working. Customers are not getting codes
I will review once I have it up and running. Kind of silly to ask for a review during the setup process, don't you think? I resent the popup not accepting this review and assume it is because it was too short. Okay, that wasn't it at all. Perhaps you don't allow one star reviews???

I am sorry but if you are going to ask me for a review a couple of minutes after I have signed up, struggling to even figure out how you make a design and when I finally do, I am told to upgrade then I will give it a one-star rating. Totally wasted minutes. A lot of people keep saying Sumo does the same on their free plan but they have got a lot of flexibility with their templates. I am sorry privy, you will have to do better.
