We have not been able to get in contact with support for over 4 weeks. We have sent over 8 emails. They have reached out themselves to possibly take over our email marketing and not just the current pop up plan. But there has been no response. It is highly disappointing to pay so much and not receive any support!

In order to add 2 more fields (first name, last name) to the current field (email), I would need to pay $24 per month. Ridiculous? I think so.

I'm pretty upset that they are going to start charging me $35 a month. I wanted to only upgrade to the $20 a month version but now I'm forced to do the more expensive one, even though I don't get that many email signups with the $20 one and wouldn't max out the $20 plan. They get you hooked with the free version and then they screw you over by pausing your campaigns and forcing you to upgrade to the more expensive one right when you barely start getting traffic and sales.

BEWARE! They stole my money for over 12 months.
I cancelled our account via my Privy account but because the app was still installed on Shopify they continued to take money out of our account and will not refund even though they can see we cancelled. USE KLAYVIO INSTEAD!!!

I am happy to clarify here; since our app was not removed from your Shopify store, the charges did continue. It is important to cancel as soon as our app no longer meets your needs.

Regarding a refund, the charges in question fall outside our refund policy which can be found here: https://help.privy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049718694-Billing-Payments-Refunds-FAQ

Canceled Privy 6 months ago. But it continues to withdraw money from the bank, also it’s double amount, 60USD! The support tell different stories everyday. The app already debited money from the bank account 12 times. Promised refund, but it’s not! Close that scammers immediately!

They Don't really help you set up things. they give you a crash course for 30 min and after that you are on your own. they don't have a direct customer service number where they can help you set up campaigns step by step. They could add that and it would be very worth it.

This app used to be fantastic. We told everyone about it. Shared it with all our merchants we knew. And the support staff were incredible. They changed their model. And became another one of those apps - that care more about enterprise customers - and less about mom and pop stores struggling.

This is my experience with this company. I met with a sales representative online to make sure that I this company was what I needed. I am very small and just launched my website to collect emails. We discussed the various plans and I was assured that Privy would meet my needs so I signed up for their email plan. The next day after I signed up, the company had an 'internal event' so there was no support and they do not have support on the weekends. I went ahead and followed online tutorials and documentation and set up much of what i needed. Today when I call about adding the Facebook Pixel I find out that in order to do this I have to also have another Privy plan. I have just wasted many hours of work because at this point in time I do not need another Privy plan that I am no where near needing. This was an awful experience as my time is the most valuable asset I have and I just wasted alot of it with this company. Privy GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! Your sales rep should have explained what I needed ahead of time and there should be something explaining all the requirements prior to someone purchasing the email plan. And as a side note, someone should not have to go three days without any support.
