Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

have just launched my website so haven't put into proper use yet but was easy enough to set up, i don't think it has the best options in terms of look but it does the job

Good but doesn't work on iPhones. Fatal flaw!

Customer service is not good. I have had an issue now for more than a month. Send numerous email and issue still not fixed. We are working on switching out this app.

I have only just started and This app is really easy to learn for a beginner. I can't wait to do more.

Good app. Very easy to configure and will add to newsletter signup and conversion.

love it! Works well with shopify. Helps you do tasks that you thought were hard to do.

very easy to use! i was able to set my first campaign in 10 mins after signing up for the first time.

Overall this is a great app for pop-ups and email capture.
The interface is clean and professional and service is excellent.

One thing that bugs me is the monthly price.
If you want to get more detailed information from your subscribers, the dynamic hidden fields are only available on the Growth account which is 199$ per month.

I'm presently looking for another option since I can't really afford to invest 2400$ per year on this option yet...
