Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

So far so good! They're forcing my hand when it comes to word count though. In a few more weeks I'll be able to have a better review!

Our website is www.thecanvasworks.ie and we make beautiful canvas and framed prints of your mobile and camera photos.

We installed Privy after trying various other sign up apps such as Lifter Apps and Sumo Me. I have to say - I've been impressed by the UI and the customer service - all very slick.

The functionality on the free version is okay but I found the dashboard a little confusing. You can edit your campaign by clicking Edit on the top right but then you are prompted to edit your Website widget just below it. They seem like the same thing to me? Must be missing something.

Maybe they just need to fine tune the onboarding using Intecom?

All in all, I would recommend this App - it's nicely designed and I think it will be a solid addition to our site.

Nice controls and UI. Good reporting feature too. I still have issue with conrtolling some features, but getting better.

Nice apps to add into my store for Signup, however, to create a better page, you need to upgrade. But free version should be enough for a beginning.

Second time using it. still working out capacities. Couldnt edit everything I wanted in the email response template, it wasn't loading well.

Good, still learning ihow to use it, not very mobile user friendly and could do with interface update.

I use this app to gain more loyal costumers. This app really help me to offer my clients some special discounts.

Very fast and simple setup. In 10 minutes I had the basics up and running. Spent another 10 minutes tuning/refining, and it's good enough to test for awhile and see how it does. It's nice to see things go so smoothly with the integration between Privay with Shopify and MailChimp - literally a few clicks of the mouse.

Pretty solid app. Not all the interfaces are as intuitive as they could be, but overall it works really well.
