Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

Great experience with the customer's support. Really helpful. The app was great, everything you need to grow you email list as a beginner

At first, it was quite complex to me to setup, but after spend sometime to play with it, I think it is good, worth trying, but 15 days is too less for me to test it for new online shop owners as we have to test too many things and we are not familiar with all app

Privy has been quite helpful. Is a perfectly performing app. I wish I could do more like send emails to customers after few weeks to follow up. Or campaigns. Privy is a keeper.

Privy has been working great for us so far, though we haven't had it installed long enough to see it's over-all performance yet. We have heard wonderful this about Privy, and so far, we are very pleased with it.

Your app was recommended by Sendinblue as a good way to integrate on Shopify. We are going to give it a try and see how it works.

Difficult to use. Contacts not syncing and help desk was not useful. After several attempts my contacts are still not loading correctly and when I attempt to add one it says error.

I probably need to learn more about this app - have been frustrated customizing the look of content for campaigns. I'm only reviewing now because I get prompted every time to review, even though I'm still figuring it out!
