Not sure why you have to upgrade to sync an email address. Not cool to say it is free and then upsell us that way.
You can mention it on the front of your website in big bold letters up top where we can see it instead of having to look for it.
Mention that you have a free version where you can't sync your email address and then mention that you have a paid version where you can sync your email address.
People appreciate transparency and being up-front instead of finding out later.
I think the free version should let people sync at least 1 email address and the paid version should let people sync multiple email addresses.
I just wanted a simple app to have a welcome email giving a discount code when costumers give their email address. I'm a small shop and I don't have a lot of online sales yet. I wanted a free app but of course, they're blocking my campaign so I upgrade. I'm not impressed.
ONLY used for a day and continue to get review notification. so far so good.
5/10/2019 Upgraded to paid. too expensive for what is offered. Downgraded back to free.
3/2020- Free stopped awhile ago but id never deleted the app. although i was not receiving services, privy was still tracking my activity and new subscriber emails! Not cool.
I loved this app, until they started the most ridiculous pricing system. Somehow pricing has gone from $24/month to $70/pm. I will be uninstalling it now.
Not so great if you're a small business hoping to grow
I have just started to use this App and am assessing its usefulness; if it proves to be of benefit without snags I will be happy to recommend it. If not I will let you know. So far so good....watch this space

it's ok. free version is barely acceptable.
I've only played around w/ app, not using it yet! Trying to still figure out if this app is right for my business. I would like to see more examples of the email and ads (formats) used to retarget my customers.

Some features are ok but it takes to long linking products, offers and creating buttons, etc and it's very basic and limited with what you can do.
The only feature I'm really happy with is the sign-up pop-ups and announcement bars. I'm not too keen on the emails, disappointed as that was the main reason I subscribed to the app in the first place.
I am undecided about it right now because I have not had enough time to use the app thoroughly. I do know that it tells me to do this every time I go in and that is rather annoying so I am hoping if I leave a review it will stop doing that. I also get less than 1500 visits to my site but the app is telling me I will have to get off of the free plan but my google analytics shows 1.2k visits last month. I will leave the review at 2 until I have more time and they are able to help me understand the "free" option. I only plan to use the free option until I learn the program and have more traffic.
