Privy is a great tool to use especially when you are new starting out and working with a limited budget. The most crucial features of an email popup function like "Privy" are available to you for free.
Privy made it much easier for our customers to sign up for our mailing list and we love that you can customize it to suit your store.
Great App and has a lot of great features.
Not sure how much of an impact it has on page load speeds though.
Integrates well with Conversio (receiptful) easily.
