Privy was very easy to set up and is a lot of fun to see all the capabilities.

I am still learning the app but the customer support has been great. You can access it by Chat or Email.
I use the free version of the app to deliver an exit pop up message to customers in an effort to get them to sign up for my mailing list. It has worked great so far.
So far so good. I have just started using this. I wanted a more visible signup option on my free themed store.
