I will have to say for beginners, this app is a little on the expensive side especially for businesses that are just getting started.

they should fix the waiting time of the Pup-up since it appears delayed on the page and in that short time of exchange the visitor goes to another page and loses the customer's subscription

Put the app on the site, and it started to get "views" - but the form was not showing - you have to click on the see it, so the views stat is wrong as 11 people hadnt seen the sign up form
Cool app but i'm getting issues from exporting emails to my shopify!!! Don't know why?

the application is not user friendly. i really want to use it but it takes time to get used to it and know how to use it right

Not all of the emails make it over to my klaviyo account. The help page doesn't give enough information to solve issues. Also it keeps telling me I have had hundreds of views when I know it's incorrect as only I have been using the website and there's no way I have viewed the opt in that many times. I made a landing page and it broke and wouldn't allow me to view it, the link wouldn't work and I couldn't get it to go onto my website.
