I've not updated your app after the changes you made a while back. Why do NOW need order info, pricing rules, etc. I don't see any new feature that needs this info.

i just started and see that email field of popup form is disabled.... why email field is disabled??
Although i can enter first name in the form.

It doesn't send out emails to my entire email list, but good basic automation when it works. Simple to use templates and drag and drop features which I like.
Doesn't send immediately after sign-up. Tough to get used of to start. Still trying to figure out the kinks even hours later.
I need this app to get more email addresses for my website. I will use the email addresses to send promotions. I don't like the Privy watermark that is visible to customers. This is very annoying, can i please finish what i was working on it. I do not have time for all these pop-ups.
Although the interface is a bit cumbersome, the technical aspects work like they're supposed to. It's the design side that is a disaster. Whether it's pop ups or emails, the options are very limited and feel dated. So far the technical support response has been to tell me that the reason images I try to upload appear blurry is because f my computer's HD/Retina screen...
