Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

My Co-Founder and I started with hardly any knowledge and an average amount of research. Though both of us have experience in customer service, I have to say we went into this venture almost completely blindfolded. We had no idea what had been set into motion.

Needless to say we had ( and still have ) our work cut out for us. One of us coming from a fairly poor family ( being that many if not most of my family members fall underneath the "poverty line" ) and the other coming from a family that only knows " work hard and stay loyal ", him and I set off into this thing with little to absolutely no background in business affairs and how to handle them.

We set out with high hopes and big dreams; and continue to do so. As people of low income ( if not, then people with financial ties that hamper our ability to gain a massive amount of momentum ) and lack of general know-how in the field of " Start-ups ", free apps such as Privy has opened the door to a whole new level of marketing and an exclusive feel to what we hope will one day be extremely public.

like the apps alot, the app is easy to use yet simple.

I used this app to make really great pop ups. They have worked very well as I get a 50% email sign up almost every day. The list grows each day.

This to me was one of the easy ways to use for discount pop ups. Some of the other apps I tried was confusing to me, tried this one and was super easy and fast.

Still getting the feel of this and I keep getting popups asking for a review. A bit annoying since I haven't even tried the app yet!

difficult to install code. very unclear how to do this with Shopify. I read it is supposed to automatic but it keeps telling me that it isn't installed.

Great app! Love it and does what it say, the upgraded features are a plus and a must have! Perfect tool to capture emails and run promo code specials for your customers.
