Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

I've been using Privy for almost a year and I am so frustrated by the app and their customer service. When I went to cancel I lost access to my account immediately even though I paid for the month. They said this information is clearly stated in their help articles when really it should be stated when you go to cancel your account And the right thing to do would be to prorate a refund depending on when the customer cancels...
In terms of the capability of the app its 100% not worth the price. There are so many bugs and the capabilities are lacking. For $200/month I'd rather pay for Klaviyo to have access to better features and better customer service. Honestly, I would never use Privy again nor would I recommend other businesses use it.

good, they give u free trial which is great for starters. i have been able to capture a good amount of emails because of them

Very helpfull application to increase your sell. But the best part it's this application will hepl you to increase as a rocket your data base !!

The app is too new for me to rate yet, I just started using Privy a few weeks ago, but Privy customer support is as good as it gets. They have impressed me more than any other company in any other sector when it comes to their customer service.

5 FAH KING STARS! Privy is a great tool that helps us keep in contact with our customers to help build those long term relationships. Very easy to use. Support has been fantastic (when needed). Everything from cart savers to win-back emails (and so much more!) it's been a great Fah King app for us!

Great app so far - I used it to create a sign up form to capture emails, offering a discount. Nice templates and easy to use
